Provision of digital content:

 Digital content (data created and delivered in digital form) is not subject to shipping charges.Digital content is provided to you in your customer account. The provision takes place within 24 hours after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment after the time of your payment instruction).You will also be informed about the provision by e-mail.

Further details on payment

 Payment by invoice is only for registered clients.

The invoice amount is to be settled at the time of payment on invoice within 7 days.

If payment is to be made via an SEPA base debit note or an SEPA corporate debit note, you authorise us to collect the billing amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate. You will receive a pre-notification at least 2 days before the date of the direct debit collection. Please ensure that the account in question possesses sufficient covering funds on the due date.

If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the shipping of the goods.
